Attention Delmarva Power Gas Customers:

Due to the settlement agreement on the Delmarva natural gas case, you are due a refund of the rates put into effect. This refund will take place the weekend of August 12th with the possibility of a continuation of the refunds over the weekend of August 19th. Attached is part of the schedule released by Delmarva Power explaining the refund plan. Additionally, each customers should have received an insert in their July bill explaining the forthcoming natural gas refund.
