Many cable providers offer programs designed to help their customers, some of which are highlighted below. DPA is offering this information as a service to the customers we represent, but we do not administer or control any of the listed programs. Please contact your cable service provider directly for more information.
Comcast Cable
Comcast now offers “Internet Essentials” and en Españo which provides low-cost Internet service, computer equipment and free digital literacy training to families having at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program.
If you need help paying your bill, you should first contact your utility provider which, in most cases, is willing to work with you to avoid termination of service.
