On December 4th, the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA) joined with several consumer groups in asking Congress for additional LIHEAP resources.  With initial LIHEAP CARES Act funding fully obligated, this request ensures a continuation of these vital services during these unprecedented times.
