Congratulations to Deputy Public Advocate, Ruth Ann Price, on being voted Vice President of the Consumer Advocates of the PJM States, Inc. (CAPS). This little known organization serves an essential role in making sure the interests of the electricity consumers we represent are considered. Ruth Ann has worked extensively on PJM matters since leaving the Public Service Commission as Senior Hearing Examiner in January 2012. She has been instrumental in sharing the voice of Delaware consumers with PJM, including her role in questioning the Artificial Island project.
