This afternoon we sent letters to Senator Carper, Senator Coons, and Representative Blunt Rochester in support of federal funding in the FY18 budget for the LIHEAP and the WAP. While we acknowledge the difficult financial constraints, these programs are important ways to help our low-income residents with home energy, and efficiency needs.
