The DPA participated in the Transmission Expansion Advisory Committee (TEAC) meeting where PJM Staff introduced their proposal to move forward with the LS Power project at Artificial Island at the reduced cost of $278 million (the cost was originally over $400 million). Drew Slater and Ruth Ann Price were in attendance asking many questions, specifically about the cost allocation as currently proposed, and how that cost is equitable given the 10-15 percent savings to the Delmarva Zone (DE/MD Eastern Shore). Here is the full report from PJM Staff.
